Your Hip Surgery is booked. Now what?

The weeks before surgery decide how fast you're back on your feet. Most surgeons never tell you what to do with them. I'll show you what matters, and why.

Is this you?

You've got a date for your hip replacement, or you know it's coming.

And honestly? You're a little scared.

  • You've been told to just show up, and that doesn't feel like enough

  • You're worried about losing the muscle you worked so hard to build

  • You want to get back to walking, hiking, traveling, and living, fast

  • You've heard recovery horror stories and you really don't want to be one of them

I've been exactly where you are. Twice.

What you'll learn

In 45 minutes, you'll learn:

  • Why the weeks before surgery matter so much. Your surgeon fixes the joint. You decide what kind of body it goes into.

  • The 3 things that decide how fast you recover. And why most women in midlife are missing at least two of them.

  • The tools I used to recover faster. From devices to scar healing hacks, here's what's actually out there.

  • The #1 mistake people make before hip surgery, and the simple thing you can start today instead.

ABOUT ME

Your Hip Replacement Mentor

Hey, I’m Zora Benhamou

I'm a gerontologist, which means I study aging for a living. I host the Hack My Age podcast, where I help women navigate midlife and menopause while taking specific steps to build their future 80 year old self.

And I've had two total hip replacements twelve weeks apart.

I didn't want to just show up and hope for the best. So I treated my surgeries like an athletic event. I prepared my body, my mind, and my home, and I used every tool I could to heal faster. Now I want to share what I learned, so you don't have to figure it out alone.
